"The Jews are to blame for everything! - different today than 100 years ago?" presents texts, chansons and poetry by Jewish authors, publicists, musicians and poets of the present and the past that deal with anti-Semitism and its consequences for people and society. Sometimes serious, sometimes comedic, sometimes sarcastic or thoughtful and always poetic, musically accompanied or illustrated, our collage reflects the confrontation of people then and now with the events around them and draws attention to the dichotomy of many Jews who are
between packing their bags and believing that anti-Semitism no longer exists in an enlightened society.
anti-Semitism should no longer exist in an enlightened society.
A project of the Theatre and Music Association NRW e.V. within the framework of
321 - 2021, 1700 Years of Jewish Life in Germany funded
by the Federal Ministry of the Interior for Construction and Home Affairs
